Responsibilities
- Support of the process owners in the designing and documentation of business processes and its internal and external links
- Ensuring the standardization of processes with considering legislation, norms and standards
- Identification of weak spots and realization of process analysis, process benchmarking, process workshops and audits
- Support of the process owners in defining KPIs for the measuring of efficiency/effectiveness of the business processes
- Maintenance and development of the business process model and the containing processes
- Realization of process management trainings
Qualification
- Higher technical or economic formation (academic formation of advantage) with specialization in process, quality or environmental management
- Several years of experience in process management of advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the norms ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Distinctive knowledge in designing, documentation, implementation, controlling and improvement of business processes
- Very good skills in MS Office and MS Visio
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong-willed and communicative personality with negotiating skills and social competence
