Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor to various business groups (international) on all benefit programs and related processes
• Develops and drives new global reward strategy
• Designs reviews and implementation of Neveon policy with functional experience on HAY and/or other grading methologies
• Globale benchmark in process design and implementation
• Interface to external providers
• Global process manager of annual merit review
• Drives Neveons internal C&B strategy and new global projecs
• Expert on all C&B related challenges for global top management 
• Additional role as a strategic HR business partner for one of the C-Levels

Qualification

• Master in Human Resources Management or other commercial spezialization
• 5+ years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Advisor or similar role
• Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels and across multiple geographies
• Functional knowledge of Human Resources Business Processes (compensation, benefits, payroll, ets.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills – experience working with a multi-cultural organization
• Prior work experience with Human Resources Information/Management Systems (HRIS/HRMS)

The monthly gross pay for this position according to collective agreement is € 3.323,--. The actual monthly gross pay depends on your qualification and experience.
